    Mindfulness-based Advanced Leadership Development

    An intensive program open to ambitious managers. In 8 weeks, we teach mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership tools to be used in a professional and life context. The program is co-organized and certified by the Center for Leadership. An application process applies.

    Resilience Labs

    Practical workshop, after which participants use basic mindfulness tools to reduce stress, improve resilience and for recovery. Format: 0.5, 1 or 2 days, often on-line. Addressed to the entire organization or team, e.g. as an element of team building or support for initiatives such as: ‘women in leadership’, ‘growth mindset’, ‘diversity and inclusion’ or ‘mental well-being week’.
